I want you to be confident that BRX Prod is going to make Bricks Builder faster and more enjoyable for you. If it doesn’t, you get your money back.

  • 30 days from your purchase date to request a refund.
  • No questions asked. Send one email and I’ll process it.
  • 10% restock fee covers payment-processor and admin costs. You receive 90% of what you paid.
  • Refund goes back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

How to request a refund

The whole process is one email. No forms, no jumping through hoops, no “survey for a discount instead” tactics.

  1. Email me at brxprod-support@brxprod.com. Subject line: “Refund request”. Include the email address you used at checkout (so I can find your order) and the order number if you have it handy.
  2. I confirm and process within 1 business day. I’ll reply, deactivate your license, and issue the refund through the payment processor. You’ll get a separate email from the processor confirming the transaction.
  3. Money lands in 5–10 business days. Exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer. Some are next-day, some take a full week.

Why the 10% restock fee

I’d rather be transparent than pretend it doesn’t exist. The fee covers two costs that don’t come back to me when a refund is issued:

  • Payment-processor fees on the original transaction (Stripe / PayPal / etc. don’t fully refund their cut on a refunded charge).
  • Admin time to process the refund, deactivate the license, and update the order record.

If you find this unreasonable, just let me know in the refund email and I’ll consider it case-by-case — I’m not in this business to nickel-and-dime customers.

What happens to your license

When I process a refund, I deactivate your license key so the plugin reverts to free-tier mode (or stops accepting premium-tier features) on any sites where it’s installed. Your sites continue to work — BRX Prod has no frontend dependencies, so deactivating the license never breaks your live site.

You’re welcome to continue using the free tier afterwards if it’s useful to you.

Renewals and subscriptions

For annual licenses, the 30-day refund window applies to the initial purchase. Renewals (the second year onwards) can be cancelled any time before the renewal date to avoid the next charge — cancel from your account or email me. Renewals that have already processed within the last 14 days can also be refunded if the renewal was unintentional or you’ve changed circumstances; just ask.

FAQ

Do I have to explain why I’m refunding?

No. “No questions asked” means exactly that. If you’d like to share what didn’t click for you it genuinely helps me improve the plugin, but it’s never required.

What if it’s been more than 30 days?

Email me anyway. The 30-day window is the default policy, but if you’ve hit a genuine blocker I want to hear about it — I’ll either help you get it working or sort something out.

Will I lose my settings if I refund and reinstall later?

No. Your settings are stored in your WordPress site’s database (per-user, plus a site-wide options row). Deactivating the license doesn’t touch them. If you reactivate later, everything is exactly where you left it.

Can I get partial credit toward a different tier?

Yes — if you bought one tier and want to switch to another, email me and I’ll credit what you paid against the new purchase rather than processing a full refund-and-rebuy. Skips the 10% fee in most cases.
