These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the
Bricks Productivity WordPress plugin (“Plugin”), provided by
WP Easy Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Plugin.

2. Scope of Use

3. Licensing
Bricks Productivity is licensed, not sold.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin
according to the terms of your purchased license tier.
3.1 License Activation
The Plugin requires an active license key for initial activation.
3.2 License Expiry
If your license expires:
- The Plugin will continue to function with existing features.
- You will no longer receive updates, bug fixes, or new features.
- The Plugin cannot be re-activated if it is deactivated.
Renewing your license restores access to updates and re-activation functionality.
4. Reasonable Use (Unlimited Site Licenses)
Unlimited site licenses are intended for reasonable use by individual freelancers, agencies, or
businesses managing multiple client websites.
“Unlimited” does not mean unrestricted or abusive use. License usage must align with normal,
legitimate commercial activity.
We reserve the right to monitor license activation patterns to ensure compliance with this policy.
If we determine that license activations are excessive, automated, shared across unrelated parties,
resold, or otherwise exceed what would be considered reasonable use for a freelancer or agency,
we may take action including:
- Temporarily suspending the license
- Restricting further activations
- Cancelling the license without refund
Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to contact you before taking enforcement action.
However, we are not obligated to do so in cases of clear misuse.
5. Updates and Support
Active licenses are entitled to Plugin updates and support for the duration of the license term.
Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis and may be limited to supported versions of
WordPress, PHP, and related dependencies.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Plugin or license key without permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass licensing mechanisms.
- Use the Plugin in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
7. Third-Party Compatibility
The Plugin may integrate with or depend on third-party software, including WordPress and third-party
themes or plugins.
We do not guarantee ongoing compatibility with third-party software outside our control.
8. Disclaimer
The Plugin is provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including but not
limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WP Easy Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising out of or in connection with
the use of the Plugin.
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Plugin in the
12 months preceding the claim.

11. Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights under the
Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, you must cease using the Plugin and destroy all copies in your possession.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Plugin after changes take effect
constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
